I began working at Venn Group in March 2021 following three years at Loughborough University and with very little to no experience of recruitment. However, I knew Venn Group was the company for me for a multitude of reasons such as the team-based nature of the work, the atmosphere and culture of those who work here, and the exponential opportunity to grow and be successful.
Over my three years at Venn Group, I have had a wealth of experience across a number of sectors, including Social Housing and Central Government. However, I have most recently been working within the Local Government, specialising in health and social care. I have enjoyed each of my experiences across all the sectors I’ve focused on, and it has helped mould me into a well-rounded recruitment consultant as a result.
Outside of Venn Group, my life is very much sports orientated (football/running/basketball) whether that be playing or watching.
