​I joined Venn Group in March 2003 and haven’t looked back since. As a graduate looking to get into recruitment Venn Group offered the team based ethic that I was used to as a keen sportsman. It has been a whirlwind since, working in Slough, Manchester and eventually setting up the Leeds office and moving back to Yorkshire. For me it is the people that make Venn Group, everyone is different but with a common goal to partner and listen to our clients and candidates and really try to make a difference. I have recruited across the full breadth our specialties in my time and as a true Yorkshireman always look for value for money. I am driven by the desire to make a difference in everything that I do and hope for many more years of success with Venn Group.
