I initially joined Venn Group as I wanted to work for a company with drive, ambition and integrity - in the correct balance. That is what I found, and the reason I have stayed, with Venn Group.
I take an innovative approach wherever possible and believe attention to detail and hard work are critical to success. We all hope there is a single secret to making something work, but invariably its continually refining all the small individual elements, which ultimately gets us to where we want to be.
I am proud of what we as a team have achieved so far and look forward to fostering the entrepreneurship of those I work alongside. We will continue to grow our reputation for excellence and honesty with our current recruitment partners, and look to extend that relationship into new areas of business.
Outside of Venn Group I spend as much time outdoors as possible, whether that be fishing, running, playing tennis (badly) or just messing about in the garden. They say you need perseverance and resilience to be successful in recruitment - I think I can lay my grounding in those attributes squarely at the door of Bolton Wanderers FC being a long-suffering fan.
