​Having joined Venn Group in its infancy in January 2001, seeing the business that we have organically grown today gives me a huge sense of pride and satisfaction. My journey started in Dublin where I set the office up in January 2001, 12 months later I set up our Public and Private Sector Finance Division in London also taking responsibility for our Legal Division. After this I moved back to Manchester where I set up our Manchester office out of which I opened our Leeds office. Currently I have responsibility for our Construction and Engineering Division which we set up in 2017 which we have seen grow exponentially over the last 3 years. I have been fortunate enough to have been responsible for all but 1 of our offices and have worked in all disciplines that we recruit in.
Over the years it has been my privilege to work with some of the industry leaders in the recruitment world all of whom have helped and contributed not only to shaping my career but also whom have made a huge contribution to the sustained growth and forming the business we have today. The challenge now is to continue to grow the Construction and Engineering Division nationwide, the catalyst to achieving this will be to continue to invest in the development of our staff and to offer our clients and contractors and exemplary and unrivalled service.
Away from work I have a busy family life who I spend as much time with as I can with. I also enjoy travelling and good food and wine, I enjoy watching most sports and have a passion for Hurling.
