Patient Safety Manager

Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the East Yorkshire area who urgently require an interim fulltime Patient Safety Manager.

The key role responsibilities are:

To enhance the quality of the safety and care of both patients and staff
To be responsible of taking leads on certain projects that give assurance in terms of Patient Safety
Provide support to Clinical Leads
Ensure good governance is carried out from Board level to service
To report and monitor around safety levels within the trust
To provide clinical governance to the team
To write and present a high volume of reports
To be able to investigate patient safety incidents confidentially

Please note this role is a hybrid role and does require NHS experience, as well as experience in a similar role.
