Our Recruitment Process
       
 

We want the recruitment process to be as smooth and as effective as possible for you. Here we explain the steps we go through from the moment you identify a need through to regular contact for the duration of the contractor's time with you. All this ensures you get the high level of service you should expect from a leading consultancy.


  • Having identified a need or vacancy for a temporary, interim or temp-to-perm candidate, contact Venn Group

  • We will take an in-depth job specification, either on the phone or in a meeting. This will include the range of attributes and factors you require, including technical skills, communication skills and budget

  • Together we agree the way forward including regularity of contact, time scales, number of CVs you expect to see etc.

  • We then conduct a search of our candidate database against criteria, reviewing skill sets and interview notes for suitability. (All our candidates will have previously been screened, interviewed and have references sought wherever possible and their working eligibility ascertained)

  • The candidates that arise are contacted to check their availability, suitability and commitment to your vacancy

  • Relevant CVs are forwarded to you to review and select potential contractors

  • The candidate(s) you select are then fully briefed on the role

  • If appropriate, we can arrange a face-to-face or telephone interview with the candidate(s)

  • We discuss any issue on the candidate you have, highlighting interest or concerns

  • Venn Group will then establish the candidate's commitment to start, remain in and complete the contract

  • We make an offer to the candidate on your behalf, sending out the confirmation letter and details of the assignment

  • For the duration of the assignment, we keep in regular contact with both you and the contractor to ensure the high levels of service expected are met
