As part of our commitment to Investors in People, all finance staff with more than 9 months service will have the opportunity to undertake a 4 to 6 month IT course leading to a European recognised qualification in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
The breath of experience across our Support Services is such that within each team, staff with special expertise and knowledge are encouraged to train and develop colleagues where appropriate.
Every Venn Group employee has the opportunity to attend the numerous internal and external courses which run throughout the year, incorporating areas such as Time Management, Customer Services, and Effective Communications to name but a few.
We are also very keen on supporting employees working in support functions through further qualifications if they desire.
