Accounts, Payroll Services and Credit Control

The running of any successful company requires excellence at all levels within all departments, which is why we place the same amount of emphasis on our support functions as we do our recruitment consultants.

Our Covent Garden office is home to our Payroll Services team, management accountants and credit controllers. What started out as a team of 2 has rapidly grown to in excess of 40, creating a hub of activity which looks after our money both internally and externally.

Based on the culture here at Venn Group, we look for similar characteristics to those found in our recruitment consultants. You must be of graduate calibre, with bags of personality, possessing the ability to cope with and work within a fast paced, busy environment. It is a demanding department, which makes the atmosphere energetic and lively, and working in it can make for exciting challenges on a daily basis.

If you are interested in a career in the finance sector, and are technically sound, able to pick things up quickly and have incredibly strong customer services skills coupled with an outgoing personality then you would be very much at home with us.

Team Administrators

Providing essential administration support to our sales teams, each Team Administrator (TA) assists one of the 5 specialist business units based on the areas we recruit into, such as our Legal or Financial Services Division.

The role is varied and demanding and fundamental to the running of the company. Therefore we need hard working individuals who aren’t afraid to use their initiative. Because our TAs provide a Front of House service, we need professional, presentable people with highly polished communication skills. If you can demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritise as well as keeping calm under pressure then this could be the role for you.
