Not only that, but you will also have the opportunity to attend a number of specially hand picked external courses in order to hone your skills further. Your training will cover all aspects of recruitment from introduction courses to negotiation and senior sales. We make it our aim to equip you with the knowledge and skills to enable you to become a highly successful consultant.

To give you a few examples:

 - After a year you will attend a day with the Chief Executive away from the office environment to discuss what we can do better with our clients and candidates as a company. And very importantly what Venn can do for you. We recognise the potential you have and want to use your ideas and initiative to drive the business forward.

  - To help you be creative with your selling skills we invite you to a day specifically geared around proven techniques that the most successful sales people use.

 -  Creativity being the key, you could be involved in producing a short commercial advertising Venn Group to potential clients and candidates, gaining exposure to filming, producing and acting!

All consultants receive a training development programme called ‘Your Passport to Success’.  This allows you to track your development within Venn Group and details your own personal record of the formal training you receive alongside your action plans.
