The role of a recruitment consultant is essentially sales-focussed, and is geared to making a match between the staffing requirements of our clients and the candidates who look to us to help them with their job search.

The vast majority of Venn Group employees are recent graduates – in the last 2 years we have started the careers of 150 plus throughout the group. We don’t look for experience, because we give you full, comprehensive training. Instead we look for people who are or have some (or all) of the following:
