Interacting with my team, marketing clients and winning new business. There's nothing better than that.

What is the culture, atmosphere, office environment like?

It’s a fantastic atmosphere to work in. Everybody works hard and encourages each other but there is always time for a bit of a banter, comedy genius at times. It’s nice to work in a place where everybody is going in the same direction

What do you enjoy at Venn Group?

I'm still enjoying the learning curve. Regardless of whatever has been taken on board, there's still so much to learn and scope to better yourself and your knowledge. It's important that there is always someone there to aid with that, be it your team leader, manager of associate director.

What is Venn Group's training like?

Second to none, informative and interactive. The more you put in, the more you get out. Every aspect of the job is fully covered and the re-fresher courses are a great way of fine tuning what you've already learned.

How do you see your career going?

Onwards and upwards hopefully. I love the fact that as the company grows they look to recruit internally so there is always something more to strive towards.
