We have never “parachuted in” Senior Managers from outside the company: every single one of our Directors and Managers started at the ground floor, coming through to lead the business thanks to their own enthusiasm, talent and commercial drive.

We at Venn Group invest in initial and long-term training. We maintain a dedicated training team who have developed and honed their skills as recruiters and managers of multiple fee earning teams, prior to making the move to our market leading training team.

From back office, to reception, to Board Directors, everyone here understands that our collective success comes from each person’s efforts; each month, everyone is appraised and can also give feedback.

We don’t do “status”. Everyone, including the Chairman, works in an open-plan setting. Directors sit alongside their consultants and administrators. Everyone is approachable, our ethos supports an open door approach where we are all open to feedback, advice and support; because of this and the fact that we are privately owned business we can make business decisions fast.
