In honour of National Apprenticeship Week, Venn Group want to take a moment to celebrate our apprentices and how they feel the program is helping their work. We at Venn Group strongly believe in apprenticeships and know they are effective and allow companies to invest in ‘stars of the future’.

“Venn Group is proud to be supporting the use of Apprenticeship style learning through its UK operation. With over 15 staff currently undertaking courses of study, in management, administration and finance, the company see a bright future for the Apprenticeships training irrespective of age or academic background.

Through a combination of hands-on training and classroom instruction, apprentices gain knowledge and skills that enable companies to more efficiently and cost-effectively provide high quality development opportunities.

 The future is bright.”

 Keith Wilmott, CFO

“I wanted to start this apprenticeship as I thought it would be a good way to expand my expertise within my job and provide a route for my career. The skills I have already learnt whilst doing this apprenticeship are time management, professionalism within the workplace, as well as enhancing my credit control skills.”

Yusuf Karapinar, Apprentice and Credit Controller

“I decided to start this apprenticeship as I wanted to focus on how I could develop and progress within my current position and company. I have taken methods that I have learnt at the apprenticeship and applied them within my day to day job. I have also created and given a training course to my colleagues within compliance which has helped them as well.”

Lori Yeomans, Apprentice and Senior Compliance Consultant
