The AMO has been established at a defining moment for standards and governance across the local government sector. As a dynamic new association within the LLG family, it is dedicated to strengthening the voice, influence, and professional resilience of Monitoring Officers. We are honoured to be working beside them as a Strategic Partner, from the very beginning of this important journey.

Our partnership discussions with Rachel McKoy, AMO Executive Director, have been shaped by her clear commitment and passion to build an organisation created by Monitoring Officers, for Monitoring Officers, one that is purposeful and responsive to the priorities of its membership.

As a strategic partner, we will bring specialist expertise to support members at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle: from delivering high-impact campaigns that attract the best legal talent, to enabling strategic workforce planning and long-term career development. We are excited for the opportunity to add value to this long-awaited professional body.
