As part of the initiative, Venn Group collaborated with Lincolnshire County Council Legal Services, a strong advocate for raising the profile of local government law careers to deliver an informative legal session alongside a professional CV workshop for law students. Our session focused on promoting the diverse areas of law in the public sector, enhancing employability, providing practical guidance on structuring applications and highlighting why the public sector is such a rewarding career path for aspiring lawyers.

The session was extremely well received. Students engaged actively throughout, and all attendees expressed interest in pursuing public sector law, many for the first time and one of the graduate successfully attained a trainee position within Lincolnshire County Council Legal Services.
