The Recruitment Process

Venn Groups reputation as leading supplier of contract professionals relies on us delivering an effective, responsive and dependable recruitment process every time.

Each position gives our consultants an opportunity to tailor their approach to your needs, they will spend a significant amount of time discussing in detail the job specification as it is the finer details that can make a real difference to a candidate or the search criteria. We want to know as much information as possible so we handle your requirement effectively.

Once the Venn Group specification has been confirmed we will agree with you timescales and expectations so you can be confident of how your job is being handled, and schedule in contact, interview and feedback times.

At Venn Group we have interviewed all our placed candidates so you can be confident the candidates we send have been through our thorough screening process.

The process is then advanced one of three ways:

Recommendation placement – This is when a candidate is secured on CV and/or our recommendation. Many clients chose this time effective solution as having built a relationship of trust with us they can empower with their candidate selection.

Working interview – This process is becoming more and more popular as it enables the client to observe and evaluate the candidate before formally offering and gives a client the edge over other employers who are interviewing as the candidate has “got their feet under the desk”.

Interview – This can be conducted face to face or over the phone. Whether in your or our offices our consultants will manage the process to ensure your time is used effectively.

Throughout the placement we will maintain close contact with you and our candidate to ensure it is progressing satisfactorily to both parties. To us a placement is only a success when a contract has been completed in its entirety.
