I joined Venn Group in February 2021 and I instantly felt welcomed, the work culture has been supportive and I enjoy coming to work each day. The training Venn Group provide has given me a further in depth understanding of recruitment and has helped me to build partnerships with my candidates.
I enjoy working in the Clinical Services team as no day is ever the same. I take pride in building long lasting relationships and I always strive to help others and give back as much as I can. It has been really rewarding to work with the NHS and provide them with support.
