I joined Venn Group in September 2024, because of its clear path for career progression, collaborative team-based structure, and excellent reputation within the recruitment market.

I recruit across the Local Government Midlands team, supporting councils and public sector organisations in sourcing high-quality talent across a range of operational services. My primary focus is within Property, Regeneration & Development, Estates & Facilities, IT, and Procurement. What I enjoy most about the market is building lasting relationships with clients and candidates, while helping organisations secure the expertise they need to deliver vital public services.

My favourite thing about working at Venn Group is the supportive team environment and the opportunity to continuously develop my skills. No two days are ever the same, and I enjoy the challenge of working across a variety of specialist markets.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, gaming, trying new experiences, and spending time with friends and family, whether that's exploring new places, attending events, or simply making the most of my free time.

As I continue to develop my career at Venn Group, my goal is to become a trusted sector specialist that clients can rely on for honest advice, market insight, and consistent results.
