I joined the Manchester Construction and Property Services team at Venn Group in February 2022, after graduating with a MA in French, Spanish and Italian at the University of Manchester and holding some previous recruitment experience working in the education sector.
What distinguishes Venn Group from other agencies is the team ethos, a clear commission structure and career progression with the Pathways and Milestones model. Since beginning my career at Venn Group I've been promoted to Senior Consultant in under 5 months. The team environment makes such a positive impact on the work culture; I’m grateful for the continued support and training I receive from management and colleagues alike.
Moving from different sectors has been challenging yet ultimately very rewarding; working on the Construction and Property Services team each day is so varied and I thrive in the fast-paced nature of the role. I look forward to continuing to build relationships with clients and candidates, alongside playing a part in developing our ever-growing sector.
Outside of work I'm still a keen linguist; I hope to learn Japanese in the future. I also enjoy art and fashion, alongside my hometown's music scene on the weekends!
