I originally joined Venn Group in 2011, having been particularly attracted by the company’s team-based way of working. The support I’ve received from day one, from both management and my peers, has had a huge influence on my professional development and is something I have tried to emulate with those I’ve worked with over recent years.
I started my career at Venn Group as a Consultant on our Midlands Housing Team and progressed to Manager in this sector. In 2017 I was fortunate enough to be given an opportunity to help set up our Construction and Engineering Division in the Midlands and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2018.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being part of our success in providing a straightforward, honest approach to our clients and candidates and look forward to being part of our continued growth in this sector.
Outside of work I enjoy boxing, football and going out to eat and drink.
