I joined Venn Group's Housing team in September 2014. The main reasons I choose Venn Group were the working environment, the social aspects and the opportunity to develop and grow. I enjoy interacting with a variety of people from all backgrounds and no day in recruitment is the same.
Having recruited for housing management and property services roles I eventually decided to specialise in property services and asset management. I have since enjoyed working with both old and new clients in the market and feel it is a sector I am suited to. I was promoted to Senior Executive Consultant in September 2022 and I still get a real sense of achievement when I help a candidate secure the next exciting step in their career or find the perfect candidate my client has been looking for.
