I joined Venn Group in April 2021 and I recruit into NHS Finance. I had done accounting modules at university, so it was a good transition for me to apply my knowledge into finance recruitment. Work can be challenging at times, but the relationships I build with both clients and candidates are highly rewarding.
One of the best things about working at Venn Group is the training. I received so much support and constructive feedback from my managers and colleagues from day one; the working environment is fun and supportive; everything helps me to grow and develop my career massively.
Outside of work, I enjoy trying out different restaurants and exploring London, as well as checking out new exhibitions and doing fun activities to keep my weekend busy!
