I started Venn Group in February 2022 after finishing my degree in Business Management. I joined Venn Group with little knowledge of recruitment – what appealed to me was the training and clear route for progression with the Pathways and Milestones. I was keen to join a company where my input was appreciated and I could receive clear guidance into how I can improve, fortunately I got this in abundance.
I work on the Public Sector IT team in Manchester, every day is different with new challenges and obstacles to overcome. The best part of working at Venn Group is building relationships with my colleagues, clients and candidates.
In my free time I enjoy playing 5-a-side and going to the pub!
