I started at Venn Group in July 2021, a year after I finished my Law degree. I chose to work for Venn Group after researching the company and hearing about the opportunities for progression, the training on offer and the general social nature of the company. I knew it would be something I’d enjoy, and that has definitely been confirmed; not only have I made great friends, but I have also been provided with constant support as the training process is thorough and I know I always have that backing from my team.
I currently recruit for Human Resources, Marketing and Communications in our Midlands office and really enjoy the sector; we recruit for such a broad range of roles, making each week different, and being able to build relationships with candidates and clients is always a great feeling.
In my free time I enjoy going to the gym and hanging out with friends.
