I joined Venn Group in January 2023, after I returned from travelling around South America. Having no previous experience, I chose to work for Venn Group after researching the company and hearing about the opportunities for progression, the training on offer and the social nature of the company.
I am currently recruiting for the Construction and Engineering team in Manchester, and I am enjoying the fast-paced nature of the sector where every day is different and provides me with new challenges. I have also been provided with constant support and guidance from my colleagues and managers, which has helped me to develop my skills and thrive in my role.
I look forward to progressing with Venn Group and exploring all that the recruitment industry has to offer.
