I joined Venn Group back in 2004 at our original London Office in Langley Street, Covent Garden. I had just graduated from the University of Glasgow and had resolved to make a success of it in the “big smoke”. From the minute I walked into Venn Group’s offices I knew it was the company for me. From the down-to-earth ambitious people I met, to the training and development programme on offer I could see myself fitting in and doing very, very well.

16 years on, I work in our Manchester Office as a Senior Manager, having contributed to and set up a number of high-performing teams in our London, Leeds and Manchester offices along the way. I currently manage a number of areas within the North West, to include NHS IT & Informatics, NHS HR, Communications and Strategy & Operations, and our Housing Management, Support and Revenues and Benefits team.

I can genuinely say that Venn Group have supported me and my career from the get go, giving me the opportunity to grow as an individual and turn my hand to a number of different markets. I’ve been able to put to good use what I’ve learnt, in the management and development of others, with some of my Consultants becoming the highest billers in their field.  I am very proud of what my Consultants do every day and the milestones they have reached, in particular during this pandemic, which we are working through and fighting against.   

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time walking my new puppy, Brodie, enjoying fine dining and sampling good wine and I also enjoy the Arts, in particular music, singing and theatre.
