I enjoy working in this sector as I feel privileged to offer recruitment solutions to my clients who deliver essential support services that enable vulnerable members of society to improve their wellbeing and develop independence. I like building longstanding relationships with both my clients and candidates as this is the cornerstone for understanding my market and meeting the needs of both parties.
Outside of work I like to go on long distance bicycle rides which allows me to take in all the sights that this world has to offer.
