​My career at Venn started in 2016, I had just moved back to England after working abroad for a couple of years after graduating.

I had a number of separate offers, but knew that Venn was the right place for me to embark on my recruitment journey and have never looked back. The team basis, excellent atmosphere and belief that I would be given every chance to succeed, develop and progress quickly were the key factors in my decision making at the time.

I have worked on a number of markets over the years including Asset Management, Supported Housing, Communications, Finance and HR. After being promoted to Executive Consultant I moved teams to set up our HR division for the South-West and was promoted to Manager in 2019, since then I have also been given the opportunity to manage our Finance and Housing teams (two sectors I had specialised in previously).

I am lucky enough to have outstanding, truly specialised consultants across all of the teams, who make every day enjoyable and help us excel across each market respectively. We pride ourselves on always taking the time to truly listen and understand our client and candidate needs, tailoring our service and delivering tangible results to ensure they can meet their end goals.
