I joined Venn Group in December 2021 and was particularly drawn by the company's support of local charities by fundraising and offering paid volunteering days. Since joining I’ve also appreciated the team commission structure, as the team wants you – and actively encourages you – to do well, and there are lots of social events and some really great benefits.
I recruit for Finance in housing associations and charities. I like working with not-for-profit organisations as they give back to the community and make a positive impact on the lives of thousands of people, and it’s rewarding to be a small cog in a big wheel.
Outside of work, I like to go to the gym, music events/festivals, and bottomless brunches!
