I started my career with Venn Group not long after graduating from University and over the subsequent 15+ years have worked across various sectors and locations across the country. I have set up and managed teams focusing on IT, Technology and Finance across Venn Groups office network and have a passion and real enjoyment for that ‘start-up’ mentality. Starting teams from the ground up and watching business grow, is definitely something that gets me motivated and skipping into work!
I am currently the Senior Manager for both Venn Groups Commercial IT and Defence & Security Divisions, where we recruit for IT and Technology professionals across the UK within these sectors. My core area of expertise are in business development, supplier and relationship management, senior appointments and the supply of highly technical requirements.
Outside of work I am a huge sports fan, particularly Rugby (although my playing days are behind me) and Boxing.
