The Engineer role will support a Financial Services firm based in the City. The role will involve support for approximately 150 users, as well as support and exposure to trading and CRM systems.
The role will consist of responding to any day-to-day user and server support queries, management of business Endpoint protection technologies and Disaster Recovery backups and procedures maintenance.
The successful candudate will require;
- Financial Services experience (preferable)
- Strong VMWare and networking experience
- Knowledge of TCP/IP topologies
- Good communication and customer service skills
This role does require hybrid working.
