We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover Maternity leave for a period of 12 months. The successful candidate will work in a small team and be the point of contact for queries and deal with outstanding invoices. Some of the main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Processing invoices on a daily basis
- Ensuring invoices are authorised within a timely manner
- Preparing BACS payment reports
- Maintaining the petty cash
- Dealing with expenses as required
- Assisting with month end procedures
