A leading Prep School is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their teamto carry out secretarial and administration duties for the school’s office and reception. The School holds an ethos of kindness, inclusivity, and success and therefore the postholder will be party in carrying out a smooth-running working environment.
Your duties will include:
- Booking venues for social activities
- Inputting calendar events
- Maintaining inbox and post
- Assisting with admin tasks e.g., data collection and termly audits
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Covering Reception as second receptionist
- Other adhoc office duties
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- Experience as Receptionist/ Admin Assistance
- Hold a DBS or willing to undertake one
