Admin Vacancies
Summary:
We are currently working with a public sector organisation in Sandwell who require the assistance of x4 Service Support Officers in various teams and x1 Admin Assistant, to join them on an interim basis.

Key Attributes:
- Previous experience of typing, minute taking, inputting to systems,
- A proven track record of dealing with administrative duties to a high standard
- At least 12 months experience of working in a business support/administrative environment
- Typing/word processing ability
- Excellent telephone manner, clear communication skills, be an active listener
- Experience in scheduling meetings and booking conference calls
- Provide the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries
- Prioritise incoming post and messages
- Accurate inputting of data onto the electronic data systems
- Responsibility for maintaining files and record systems, whether paper or electronic
Rate: Dependant on experience
