Administrator wanted for an immediate start
Location: Hertfordshire
Length: 3 months, temporary on going
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri
Main responsibilities of the role
- Providing administrative support
- Dealing with the day to day telephone call/enquiry support
- Raise purchase orders
- Booking and scheduling device checks and repairs
- Capture data on to the in-house system and allocation tasks to the relevant person
- Scheduling in times for drivers
- Ensuring all documents are organised in an effective manner within the department
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Essential requirements
- You must have previous administration experience
- Please note a DBS will be required for this role
