Administrator
A position has arisen for an Administrator within a highly regarded healthcare organisation situated within Cambridgeshire. The position is a 6 weeks temporary contract with full time hours.
Location: Cambridgeshire
Contract: 6 weeks
Salary: £11.00 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday
Your duties will include the following:
- Providing project management assistance for the team
- Covering the shared inbox and phone lines, providing answers to queries from callers or directing callers to the appropriate person
- Administering relevant vouchers to office team members
- Collecting and opening post and scanning items to be forwarded to relevant team members
- Printing out and sending letters as required
- Utilising the finance system to ensure the timely and effective processing of invoices
The successful candidate should have:
- Good communications skills including writing and telephone etiquette
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to their own initiative
- The ability to problem solve
- The skills to maintain links with team members when off site and keep them updated as appropriate
- Some demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Windows, Email, and the Internet
