Urgent Requirement – Administrator – Birmingham – 30 hours per week
Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Administrator for an organisation based between 2 sites in Edgbaston and the City Centre and will be for a 3 month period, but with the opportunity to be extended. The rate is around £12 per hour including holiday pay. You will be expected to work 4 days a week, 09:00 – 17:00.
The role will involve:
- Helping to organise orders and liaise with suppliers
- Monitoring and updating spreadsheets
- Raising purchase numbers for invoices
- Book meetings and taxis on request, receive and answer emails and undertake an assortment of other administrative work
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Recording minutes for meetings and allocating notes
