Administrator (Mini Admin Team)
Office Based Position – Sandwell
We are currently working with our client who is in need of an experienced Administrator to assist in the mini admin team due to the increase in printing required for those staff requesting vaccination letters, etc.
You will be supporting a team with all aspects of administration/reception duties i.e. Call handling and message taking, incoming and outgoing post, managing a shared inbox and dealing with requests for printing and other general requests, using the in-house system to obtain information, and uploading documents to records.
You will need to be IT literate, have good communication skills and telephone skills, good organisational skills and ability to prioritise their own workload. You must also be able to work independently and work well as part of a team.
It is highly desirable to have experience of working within a Public Sector organisation e.g. NHS, Local Government, Children’s Trusts, Central Government
Please note: Standard DBS required
Start: ASAP
Rate: £10.62 per hour basic PAYE + Holiday
Duration: 6 month contract initially
