Adult Social Care Paralegal/Junior Lawyer

 
Position: Locum Junior Adult Social Care Lawyer
Organisation: Midlands Local Authority
Duration: 3 months +
Working Pattern: Full time or part time hours may be considered dependant on experience
Working Arrangement: Predominantly remote working, very occasional attendance may be required
Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella
 
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Adult Social Care matters.
 
Duties may include:

• Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Adult Social Care Legislation, including, but not limited to, Court of Protection, Section 21a, Section 16 and Designation matters
• Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
• To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to all aspects of Adult Social Care matters
