A position has arisen for an Assistant Payroll Team Leader for a rapidly expanding organisation in Harpenden.
The main purpose of this role will be to deliver a high quality payroll service providing timely and accurate pay to employees within the Group in accordance with agreed policies and procedures, contracts of employment and statutory legislation.
This role is responsible to assist the team leader in managing the day-to-day output for one of the teams and reports directly into the Payroll Team Leader.
The ideal candidate will have experience in running high volume and multiple payroll cycles.
Salary: £26,000-£35,000 Depending on experience, the organisation is willing to train less senior Payroll staff.
