£20,000 - £22,000 starting salary + commission (up to £30k OTE in year one)

The role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Venn Group involves:
- This is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will manage client companies and candidate recruitment
- Conduct business development activities via outbound phone, email and virtual meetings with your portfolio of client companies to build relationships, understand their needs and promote our recruitment services to them
- Understand job vacancy requirements and attract candidates via multiple platforms/tools including LinkedIn
- Manage and grow a talent pool of candidates
- Conduct phone calls and virtual meetings with candidates to screen them and present job vacancies
- Organize interviews, provide interview preparation and provide feedback to candidates
- Negotiate salaries, job packages and terms of business with clients and candidates
- Proactively learn about your specific industry and attend occasional networking events
