Temporary requirement- Admin assistant – £11-13 per hour- Bromsgrove – 9 month contract
Venn group is currently recruiting for an admin assistant for a client in the Bromsgrove area. The role is on a temporary basis for approximately 9 months.
- To provide full support to the estates manager
- Ensure contractors and visitors are signed in and out and that the relevant person is informed on their arrival
- to prepare work planners/spreadsheets for each holiday with the estates manager
- complete minutes for meetings and distribute
- PPM register- arrange various PPMs as per the PPM register with the relevant contractor and ensure that the work has been completed
- Update and distribute contact details for contractors and suppliers within the estates department
They will be available at short notice and either have an enhanced DBS or be prepared to undertake one, the rate for the role will be between £11-£13 an hour.
