Job Title: Project Manager x 2 (Disrepair Surveyors, Insurance Surveys)

Venn Group has been approached by an established contractor within the Greater Manchester area to recruit for 2 x Surveyors (Project Manager) on a temporary 6 month basis. This will be covering Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Yorkshire
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working in a similar role.
The duties will include:

Responsible for carrying out disrepair, insurance and major works surveys for social housing properties

Carrying out pre and post inspections
-
Creating schedules of works, and completing scott schedules
Essential Skills/Qualifications

A degree in surveying
-
Experience of working as a project surveyor within social housing contractor

Experience and an ability to run projects from inception to completion

Personable and confident communication abilities
