Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Business Administration Officer role for an NHS Organisation based in Birmingham.
This role is initially for 4 months until 31/3/2022, working 37.5 hours a week paying £11.53 per hour inclusive of holiday pay PAYE or £12.50 via Umbrella.
This job role will be 5 days WFH.
Duties:
- To be able to initiate and manage systems in order to ensure safe administration To be fully competent with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and PDF files and internet
- To arrange meetings, book rooms, arrange appropriate hospitality, produce and distribute agendas and papers, and take minutes where appropriate
- To manage electronic diaries and appointment
- To develop and implement administrative processes and procedures as required
