Business Support Officer (Adult Social Care)
We are working with a large organisation who are looking for a Business Support Officer to work at a new re-enablement unit for Adult Social Care.
Key details are set out below:
- Candidates need to be experienced, enthusiastic and driven
- Able to provide an effective, efficient and professional Business Administration service
- Working as part of the Project Management team
- Support each recruitment campaign, liaise with managers, internal colleagues
- Provide effective support and management for shortlisting process, setting up recruitment panel and interview dates
- Management of relevant paperwork and processes
- Able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team for other duties relating to the project
- Able to manage competing demands
Additional Requirements:
- OCR L2 or equivalent in Word Processing
- GCSE C or above in English & Maths or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience of working in an administrative/business support environment
- Experience of using Microsoft Office applications
Full JD available upon request.
Rate: £11.02p/h PAYE BASIC, equivalent to £14.70 p/h via umbrella
Hours: 37 hours
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3-4 months with likely extensions available
