Call Centre Advisor
We are currently working with an organisation in Wakefield, who are seeking Call Centre Advisors to join their team on both a temporary and permanent basis.
Shifts available: 9am – 5pm / 11am – 7pm / 1pm – 9pm
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Advise, inform and support customers
- Accurately assess claims
- Completing forms
- Liaise with third parties and associated suppliers
- Arrange appointments
You must be comfortable speaking on the phone and ideally have some previous customer service experience.
