A position has arisen for Candidate Attraction & Retention Manager with a higher education institution based in Hampshire. You will be supporting the HR Service Centre Manager working closely with the senior management team on recruitment campaigns to attract the best talent.
Rate: £28.59 - £46.72 per hour
Location: Hampshire/ Remote – 3 days per week on site
Duration: 3 months
Job Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment of Executive Level and Senior Posts

Work closely with members of the Executive Board and senior leadership, managing the relationships with the external search agencies engaged to carry out the recruitment

Ensure successful and compliant completion of campaigns

Work with colleagues in Equality & Diversity to identify resourcing and selection methods to support their work on attraction of under-represented groups
The successful candidate will have:

Experience of planning, coordinating and managing senior and executive level recruitment campaigns to a successful conclusion

Experience of executive or senior level stakeholder relationship building, engagement and management

Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of talent attraction and retention strategies

Experience of advertising using different media including web-based recruitment systems, social media and press advertising
