Capital Projects Administrator – Nottingham – 3 to 6 month contract
Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Administrator for a Capital Projects Department based in Nottingham. The position is a temporary role for around 6 monthswith an hourly rate of around £15 and £23 per hour
The role:
- To be the first point of call for project personnel, external companies, and internal stakeholders
- Resolution of day-to-day queries that may occur from external and internal contacts on behalf of the Director and Project personnel
- Assist the department to gather information for the project form all relevant parties this will include external parties/organisations
- Resolution of day to day problems using own initiative by drawing on both project information and guidance and the ability to present solution(s) to the Project teams
- To request, track, coordinate, and collate the provision of information required for each project
- Liaise with various departments including Procurement, Finance and Human Resources to gather information and work with representatives to progress and support the delivery of the projects outputs
- Devise, implement and maintain databases all information collected to support the preparation of reports/project documentation
- Provide a full and confidential administrative service to the Director and Project Team personnel including preparation of high quality reports, letters, spreadsheets, photocopying and general office duties
