Commercial Property Lawyer

Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – Full Time – Fully Remote – Up to £60 per hour (Umbrella) – 6+ months – Midlands

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with an established Local Authority who are seeking an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join the team on a full-time, remote working basis.

Key responsibilities:

• To undertake a mixed caseload of Property matters

• Handle a variety of cases including, Acquisitions & Disposals, Long Lease & Transfers, Asset Management work and Lease Enfranchisement

• Drafting and negotiating property and commercial contracts, including overage agreements, option agreements, and grant funding

• Provide legal advice on Land and Property law, including Landlord and Tenant matters

• Work closely with Council departments, developers, and external stakeholders to progress key projects

Role Details:

• Position: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer

• Location: Fully Remote

• Contract Length: Initial 6 months with the likelihood of extension

• Rate: Up to £60 per hour (Umbrella)
