Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Locum to join an established Legal Practice in East Yorkshire on a locum basis, with the position being for an initial period of 2 months with the likelihood of further extension.

The successful candidate will be available at a short notice, will have prior experience dealing with commercial development, and ideally will have dealt plot sales.

Lastly, any candidates must be comfortable managing a caseload of complex Commercial Property matters with minimal supervision.

Working hours: Ideally full time, but will consider candidates available on a part-time basis

Working arrangement: Hybrid – 50/50 split

Hourly rate:  Dependent on prior experience (Outside IR35)
